1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set out below:

• "qq9888," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the platform accessible at https://qq9888.cam, including all associated services, games, and promotional features.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any natural person who accesses the qq9888 platform, registers an account, or places a wager.
• "Account" means the personal, non-transferable user account registered by a Player on the qq9888 platform.
• "Deposit" means the transfer of funds from a Player's personal payment source into their qq9888 Account balance.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from a Player's qq9888 Account balance to their registered bank account or e-wallet.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any staking of funds on a game, sports event, or market outcome as offered on the platform.
• "KYC" means "Know Your Customer," the identity verification process that may be required before a Player can make a Withdrawal.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or reward offered by qq9888 to a Player.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7).

By registering an Account or using the qq9888 platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full.

2 Eligibility

• You must be a resident or citizen of Indonesia to use the qq9888 platform.
• You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or place any wager on qq9888. By registering, you confirm that you have attained the age of 21.
• You must possess the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee or director of qq9888 or any of its affiliate companies.
• You must not be a person listed on any watchlist, sanctions list, or subject to any prohibition that would bar participation in online betting activities.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law. While qq9888 operates internationally, it is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration and keep it up to date at all times.

3 Account Registration

To use qq9888, you must register an Account by providing your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, and a unique username and password. You agree to the following:

• You will register only one Account per person. Multiple Accounts may be closed, and any balances therein may be forfeited.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any OTP (One-Time Password) with any third party, including anyone claiming to be qq9888 support staff.
• You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not authorised by you.
• You must notify qq9888 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to, or use of, your Account.
• You must use your own funds to deposit into your Account. Depositing funds obtained unlawfully, or funds belonging to a third party, is strictly prohibited.
• You consent to qq9888 conducting electronic identity verification checks, which may include reference to public records, banking databases, and credit reporting agencies, as part of our KYC procedures.

qq9888 reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to refuse to register an Account for any person and to close any existing Account at any time.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

• Deposits may be made via the payment methods listed on the qq9888 platform, including bank transfer through BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon, and via e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 for bank transfers and Rp 10.000 for e-wallet deposits, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• qq9888 does not charge any deposit fee. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction fee, and you are responsible for such charges.
• Funds deposited into your Account must be derived from a payment source that you are lawfully entitled to use.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name that matches the name on your qq9888 Account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.
• Withdrawal processing times vary: BCA and BRI withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 3 hours, BNI and Mandiri within 15 minutes to 6 hours, and e-wallet withdrawals within 15 minutes to 2 hours, subject to banking hours (08:00–20:00 WIB).
• qq9888 may require completion of KYC verification before any Withdrawal request is processed, and may require further documentation at its sole discretion.
• qq9888 reserves the right to impose a limit on the maximum Withdrawal amount per day and may require stepped withdrawal for exceptionally large balances.
• Any Withdrawal request may be held pending review for suspected irregular activity, including bonus abuse, collusion, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

qq9888 may, from time to time, offer Bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All Bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Each Bonus is governed by a specific set of terms, including any wagering (rollover) requirements, which will be stated at the time the Bonus is offered.
• Unless otherwise stated, a wager requirement of 20 times (20x) the bonus amount applies on casino and slot games, and 10 times (10x) on sports betting markets, before any winnings from the Bonus become withdrawable.
• Not all games and markets contribute equally to wagering requirements. Games marked as low-contribution or excluded games may be excluded from any Bonus wa ger requirement, and contributions to the rollover are calculated at the contribution percentage stated in the Bonus terms.
• Bonuses are personal and non-transferable. They may not be sold, transferred, or shared between Accounts.
• Any attempt to abuse a Bonus, including through the placing of offsetting bets, the use of "bonus hunting" strategies, or the creation of multiple Accounts to claim the same Bonus, will result in the forfeiture of the Bonus and any associated winnings, and may lead to Account closure.
• qq9888 reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or cancel any Bonus at any time without prior notice, and to exclude any Player or group of Players from future promotional offers at its sole discretion.

6 Betting and Gameplay Rules

All wagers placed on qq9888 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, game, or market. You acknowledge and agree to the following general principles:

• A wager becomes binding and may not be cancelled or amended once it has been accepted by the qq9888 system. You are responsible for reviewing the details of a wager, including the stake, odds, and selection, before confirming it.
• qq9888 reserves the right to void any wager that is placed at odds that are clearly erroneous or that result from a system malfunction, technical error, or "dead" event that is subsequently not played, abandoned, or postponed beyond the period specified in the applicable sport rules.
• For bandar bola (Indonesian online football bookmaker) markets and all sports betting markets, the outcome of an event is determined by the official result published by the relevant governing body, and qq9888 is bound by that result.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets are settled based on the result of every individual selection within the bet. If any single selection loses, the entire accumulator is lost. If a selection in a parlay is voided, the parlay is adjusted accordingly and the odds are recalculated.
• For togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets, all results are determined by the official draw results for the relevant market and period. Any wager that is not settled within the specified settlement window may be voided at qq9888's discretion.
• For casino and slot games, you agree that random number generation (RNG) is used and that the outcome of each game round is determined by the RNG software, which is independently audited and certified.
• Each game is supplied by a licensed and internationally certified game provider. The provider-specific terms and the payout percentage (RTP) of each game apply to your play.
• Bonus funds and winnings from Bonus funds may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap, as specified in the terms of the relevant Bonus.

7 Account Suspension and Termination

qq9888 may suspend, freeze, or terminate a Player's Account at any time, without prior notice and in its sole discretion, where we have reason to believe that:

• The Account is being used in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Account is being used for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activity.
• The Account holder has provided false, misleading, or incomplete information.
• The Account is being used by a person under the age of 21.
• The Account is being used in a manner that is inconsistent with responsible gaming principles.
• The Account holder is engaging in collusion, money laundering, or any form of criminal activity.

Upon termination of an Account for a breach of these Terms & Conditions, any remaining balance in the Account may be forfeited at qq9888's discretion, except where prohibited by applicable law. Where the Account is closed for reasons other than a breach (for example, at your own request), qq9888 will return any positive balance to you, less any applicable withdrawal fees, provided that no outstanding issues remain.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting [email protected], subject to the satisfaction of any outstanding wagering obligations and the withdrawal of any remaining balance.

8 Limitations of Liability

• qq9888 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, qq9888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.
• qq9888 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, internet or telecommunications failures, or any other event beyond our reasonable control that prevents or delays the provision of the platform.
• qq9888 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the acts or omissions of any game provider, payment service provider, or third-party service provider that we engage to facilitate the operation of the platform.
• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
• qq9888 shall not be responsible for any dispute or discrepancy arising from the use of a third-party wallet or bank account that is not registered in the name of the Account holder.

9 Responsible Gaming

qq9888 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. As part of this commitment, we offer a range of tools and measures to help Players maintain control over their gambling activity, including:

• Deposit limits that may be set on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
• Wagering limits that restrict the maximum amount that may be wagered over a given period.
• Time-out (cooling-off) periods, during which a Player may temporarily restrict access to their Account.
• Self-exclusion, under which a Player may exclude themselves from the platform for a defined period or indefinitely.
• Session time reminders, alerting Players to the duration of their playing session.

10 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, or your use of the qq9888 platform, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Indonesia.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Any claim or cause of action arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or the use of the qq9888 platform must be brought within one (1) year of the date on which the cause of action arises, or such claim shall be permanently barred.

11 Amendments

qq9888 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any amendments will be posted on this page, and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Your continued use of the platform after any amendments take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must cease using the qq9888 platform immediately.

Material changes to these Terms & Conditions will be notified to registered Players by email or through a notification on the platform at least seven (7) days before they take effect.
